Can-Y-Bae is pleased to welcome children over the  age of 12 years.

We operate a guaranteed reservation service, requiring a major credit or debit card to secure a room. The card will not be debited until your stay is over except in the event of cancellations or no shows.

We require three days notice prior to 6 pm on the date of arrival to cancel bookings. If this is not adhered to, the cost of the first nights stay will be charged. For group bookings a deposit equalling the cost of the first nights stay is required.
The minimum cancellation period for the group bookings is seven days.
PLEASE NOTE: Dog owners are fully responsible for the actions of their dogs and the repair of any damage to the fabric of the hotel caused by their dog whilst staying at the Can-Y-Bae.

ACCESS STATEMENT:
There are 5 steps (with handrail & non-slip surface) to the front door from the pavement.  There are 14 steps (with handrail) to the dining room from the ground floor. (No lift access)
Lift access to all Premier Rooms from Reception.
